By registering, subscribing to, or accessing network endpoints provided by Nexitally, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following operational terms and conditions.
1. Service Scope & Availability
Nexitally provides software-defined network routing, enterprise private transit (IEPL/IPLC), and multi-region edge forwarding nodes. While our infrastructure targets 99.99% availability with automated route re-convergence, periodic scheduled maintenance or unforeseen upstream submarine fiber cuts may occasionally impact transit path latency.
Node availability, line status, and incident reports are openly communicated across our operational status channels.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
To maintain premium line quality and protect international transit IP reputation, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in:
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) campaigns, port scanning, or malicious network intrusion.
- Bulk unauthorized email distribution (SPAM) or deceptive phishing redirection.
- Torrenting or P2P swarm seeding across nodes not designated for bulk file transfer.
- Violations of applicable local and international telecommunications statutes.
Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate credential revocation without refund.
3. Subscriptions & Plan Allocation
Each subscription tier specifies designated quota caps, protocol standards (e.g. VLESS), and bandwidth ceilings:
- 致敬斯诺克147永久套餐: 247GB non-expiring one-time allocation. Retains validity until total byte quota is exhausted.
- Period Plans (轻量版 / 极速版): Bandwidth limits reset monthly according to the active subscription billing date.
- 定制版 (Dedicated): Subject to individual SLA contracts, dedicated IP provisioning, and custom upstream bandwidth contracts.
